Payment Requirements

  • When you make a reservation, a $200 reservation deposit will be required. We will send you an invoice that can be paid online
  • Your reservation is NOT confirmed until the deposit has been paid
  • We will put a courtesy hold on the RV for 24 hours once the invoice has been sent
  • The remaining balance of your rental is due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
  • You will again receive an invoice that you may pay online
  • A $250 security deposit will be required
  • The security deposit is fully refundable, based on RV condition
  • The RV must be returned clean like it was received minus dirty laundry or there will be a $100 cleaning fee deducted from your deposit
  • Your security deposit does not get applied to your rental fee
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card
  • The cardholder must be listed on the contract as the primary renter
  • Early return: There are no refunds for any unused days
  • Please note that you must have your campsite and RV rented for the dates shown on your rental agreement
  • We are unable to accommodate early checkouts
  • The RV will need to remain on the campsite until the dates shown above
