Please Keep The Doors And Windows Closed If You Plan To Smoke Outside Or Have A Campfire. Please Close The Doors, Windows And Roof Vents When Leaving The Rv So That Rain Does Not Enter The Rv. No shoes are allowed in the camper. No Pets Are Allowed In Our Units ,unless You Have Rented A Pet Friendly Unit. There Is A $100 Pet Fee Per Pet Per Stay For Any Bookings After 08/04/2021.

When You Make Your Reservation, A $200 Reservation Deposit Will Be Required. We Will Send You An Invoice That Can Be Paid Online .. Your Reservation Is Not Confirmed Until The Deposit Has Been Paid. We Will Put A Courtesy Hold On The Rv For 24 Hours Once The Invoice Has Been Sent. The Remaining Balance Of Your Rental Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival. You Will Again Receive An Invoice That You May Pay Online. The Rv Must Be Returned Clean Like It Was Received Minus Dirty Laundry Or There Will Be A $100 Cleaning Fee Deducted From Your Deposit. Your Security Deposit Does Not Get Applied To Your Rental Fee. We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, And Discover Card . The Cardholder Must Be Listed On The Contract As The Primary Renter. Early Return: There Are No Refunds For Any Unused Days.please Note That You Must Have Your Campsite And Rv Rented For The Dates Shown On Your Rental Agreement. We Are Unable To Accommodate Early Check Outs. The Rv Will Need To Remain On The Campsite Until The Dates Shown Above.

We do not issue any refunds on payments applied to a scheduled rental we only allow a credit for future rental with RVs with no expiration date.
