Policies for Renting

We ask of you to please follow these few simple rules and to treat our property like it's your own. There is NO SMOKING in our units, if we smell smoke or any signs of it being smoked in you will forfeit your entire deposit. Please keep the doors and windows closed if you plan to smoke outside or have a campfire. Please close the doors, windows and roof vents when leaving the RV so that rain does not enter the RV. No pets are allowed in our units ,unless you have rented a pet friendly unit.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

When you make your reservation, a $150 reservation deposit will be required. We will send you an invoice that can be paid online .. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. We will put a courtesy hold on the RV for 24 hours once the invoice has been sent. The remaining balance of your rental is due 30 days prior to your arrival. You will again receive an invoice that you may pay online. A $250 security deposit will be required.The security deposit is fully refundable, based on RV condition. The RV must be returned clean like it was received minus dirty laundry or there will be a $100 cleaning fee deducted from your deposit. Your security deposit does not get applied to your rental fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card . The cardholder must be listed on the contract as the primary renter. Early Return: There are no refunds for any unused days.Please note that you must have your campsite and RV Rented for the dates shown on your rental agreement. We are unable to accommodate early check outs. The RV will need to remain on the campsite until the dates shown above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund and cancellation policy:
You may cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to the delivery date and you will be refunded your entire reservation/security deposit minus 150.00 within 20 days. With less notice of 20 days 50% will be refunded. 0%will be refunded if you cancel prior to 10 days and will forfeit your reservation/security deposit. No deposit refunds for any holiday cancellations including New Years, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We will however be happy to apply it towards a future reservation of your choice with no penalty, and once the future reservation is completed your reservation/security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your last check out date.
